Table booking terms and conditions

Table reservations are free throughout the week, except for after 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, where a £5 booking fee applies per table.
The £5 booking fee will be returned in the form of a £5 Mary’s drinks voucher, given to the lead booker on arrival.
The voucher must be used on the night of the booking and holds no cash value.
Bookings are reviewed manually. Mary’s reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request.
If a booking is declined (for example, due to capacity or other reasons), the £5 payment will be refunded. However, if a booking is accepted and guests are later refused entry (for example, for breaching venue policy or intoxication), the booking fee will not be refunded.
Stag and hen parties, or large groups behaving in a disruptive manner, will not be admitted. This will be made clear during the booking process.
Mary’s Cardiff operates a zero tolerance policy towards hate speech, harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour of any kind. Anyone displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave without refund.
The booking guarantees a table from the agreed time only. Tables may be reallocated if guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of the booking time.
Guests must be 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy — please bring valid photo ID.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive, in line with our licensing conditions.
Optional extras (such as decorations or drinks packages) are non-refundable once confirmed.
Filming and photography may take place. By attending, you consent to being included in promotional materials unless you notify a member of staff on arrival.

Ticketed event terms and conditions

All tickets are sold subject to availability and venue capacity.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by Mary’s Cardiff.
If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
Tickets cannot be resold for profit, exchanged or transferred without permission from Mary’s Cardiff.
Please check your booking details carefully before purchase — it is your responsibility to ensure the correct date and event.
Entry is for guests aged 18+ only. Mary’s operates a Challenge 25 policy — please bring valid photo ID.
Entry may be refused to anyone intoxicated, aggressive or behaving inappropriately, at the discretion of management.
Stag and hen parties, or groups likely to disrupt performances, may be refused entry — no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Mary’s Cardiff promotes a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, harassment or hate speech. Anyone violating this policy will be removed from the venue without refund.
